4 Hidden Gems to Watch On NetFlix
Have you ever got to the point where it seems that you have seen everything on Netflix already? I mean, there are only so many times that you can watch a movie – even your all-time favourites. This can leave you wondering whether there is much point continuing your subscription.
Before you go cancelling, however, we think that you should try out some of these hidden gems that you have probably missed.
Train to Busan
Understandably, when it comes to watching television, we prefer to watch something in our language. However, there are some great movies from other regions that you can enjoy. One of these is Train to Busan, a Korean movie that is considered by many to be one of the best zombie movies of all time. You could follow that up with another great Korean movie called Parasite.
If you are watching Netflix Ελλάδας or from some other region, you might need a VPN to watch some Korean content.
Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness
This docu-series will have you wondering just how crazy the world, and some people can be. This takes a look at a story about a wildcat collector who loves nothing more than adding new big cats to his growing collection to place in his private zoo. That might sound a little crazy as it is but it gets worse, he then decides to hire a hitman to kill an animal rights activist that is trying her best to put a stop to his antics.
The Autopsy of Jane Doe
Horror lovers will love this flick that has seemingly flown under the radar in recent years. About a dead-body delivered to a morgue that starts to come alive bit by bit, The Autopsy of Jane Doe has to be among the scariest horror movies in recent times. If you didn’t want to work in a morgue before, you certainly will not after watching this.
Enemy
Released in 2014, Enemy is another movie that did not get the acclaim that it perhaps deserved. Starring Jake Gyllenhaal, this thriller has become something of a cult movie despite initially not doing so well. After initially discovering that he has a doppelganger, Adam (Gyllenhaal) tracks him down and becomes friends before a nasty twist meaning that just one of them can survive.
Small Soldiers
If you have young kids and they have already seen all of the more recent family/animated movies, why not let them see a few that were made long before they were born. Small Soldiers is one such movie that eft the previous generation in awe. The whole premise of toys coming to life might have been successful with Toy Story but this movie did it first nearly 25-years ago.
Conclusion
While you might have seen all of the new stuff on Netflix, there is some great old stuff that is worth watching too. The above are just some of the hidden gems that you can find when looking for something to watch on Netflix GR.
