- Chocolate cookies
An absolute hit among kids, this chocolate cookies recipe with a healthy twist will make them drool over the home-baked cookies.
Ingredients
2 tsp baking powder
150g Softened Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
4 tbsp cocoa
1 cup powdered almonds
1/2 tin of Nestlé MILKMAID
2 cups maida
Recipe
Step 1: Sieve maida and mix baking powder, cocoa, and almond powder to make a dry mixture.
Step 2: Beat Nestlé MILKMAID and butter together. Add the dry mixture and mix in folds while adding vanilla essence.
Step 3: Roll out the batter in a ½’’ thick sheet on a board dusted with dry flour. Cut the batter into shapes and bake at 1800 celsius for 10 minutes. Serve cool.
- Eggless American Fudge cookies
Who doesn’t love the sight of molten chocolate dripping from the centre? Make these American cookies easily with the following recipe-
Ingredients
1 and a 1/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tin (200 gms) Nestlé MILKMAID
¼ cup Cocoa Powder
200 gms Butter
2/3 cup Powdered Sugar
¼ cup Dark Chocolate
Recipe
Step 1: Whisk butter and sugar together to obtain a creamy mixture until butter changes colour from yellow to slightly white.
Step 2: In another bowl, melt the dark chocolate and mix it with Nestlé MILKMAID.
Step 3: Sieve the dry ingredients in the above mixture and rest for two hours in the refrigerator.
Step 4: Divide the dough and roll them into balls. Insert a small piece of dark chocolate in the centre.
Step 5: Bake at 160 degrees C for 14 minutes.
Step 6: Put to rest for a while and serve.
- Mango crunch cookies
If your kid frowns at the sight of fruits, this recipe is for you. Bananas or cherries can also be used.
Ingredients
100g dried mango, roughly chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract
175g plain flour
1 egg yolk
140g butter, at room temperature
50g brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
For decoration (optional)
200g icing sugar
3 tbsp mango juice

Recipe
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180C.
Step 2: Whisk butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Add the egg yolk, vanilla, honey, and mango. Blend well.
Step 4: Add the flour to form a soft dough. Refrigerate it for 20 minutes.
Step 5: Roll the cookie dough to the thickness of an Rs. 5 coin and cut it into shapes.
Step 6: Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
Step 7: For decoration, mix the icing sugar with the mango juice until runny. Add sprinkles on the top.
